We now have an Online Application available and we are strongly encouraging all students to apply online. There are four parts to the application process.

1) Online Application
Click here to Apply Online. There are three sections to the online application: the "Application for Admission", which may be completed by the student or parent, the "Student Profile" section which must be completed by the student, and the "Parent Questionnaire" which must be completed by the parent or legal guardian.

2) Recommendations and the Transcript Release
There are four additional forms that you will need to print, complete and submit; the Principal/Counselor, the English Teacher, the Mathematics Teacher Recommendation Forms and the Transcript Release Form. These required forms are available below. Click on the form name to open the pdf for printing.

Note: Please give these forms to your teachers to complete after November of the current school year to ensure enough time has passed since the start of the school year for your teachers to be able to provide an accurate evaluation of your current progress.

3) Standardized Testing
Please see more information in right side bar.

4) Visit and Interview
The campus visit is one of the most important aspects of the admissions process, because it offers the candidate the very best opportunity to experience Shattuck-St. Mary’s. A date and time can be arranged for a campus visit and interview by calling the Admissions Office at (800) 421-2724 or (507) 333-1618. We strongly recommend that candidates visit Shattuck-St. Mary’s while school is in session. If an applicant is unable to visit the school, we will make alternate arrangements for an interview.
