Weight Training & Fitness

In the lower level of Johnson Hall, a 110-meter rubberized running oval encircles
the weight training and conditioning area. The needs of the casual lifter and the
interscholastic athlete are well-served by the vast array of equipment that
includes a full complement of free weights, over 20 strength and conditioning
machines, and 14 aerobic machines, in addition to an Olympic lifting platform.
Moreover, a weight training and conditioning instructor is
available to develop individual training programs for those who are serious
about improving their fitness and conditioning.
