QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidates must possess the appropriate level of coaching knowledge and experience for the respective position they are applying.
- USSF or NSCAA coaching certification preferred.
- Past playing background at a collegiate level or higher is desired.
- Personal relation skills providing for a positive relationship with student-athletes, peers, faculty and general public is an important requirement of the position.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of seven years of demonstrated experience in managing the Human Resources function in a business or educational environment.
- Experience with designing and managing benefit programs and handling relationships with service providers.
- Experience with creating and managing employee evaluation and compensation programs.
- BA or BS degree in Business or Public Administration, Human Resources, or related fields is required. Master’s Degree preferred.

Head Coach – Girls Soccer
Shattuck-St. Mary’s School Soccer Center of Excellence is seeking applicants for a full-time U16/U17 Head Coach for its unique full-time soccer academy.
Responsibilities:
- Together with the Director of Girls Soccer, plan the long-term training and competitive season of Shattuck St. Mary’s Soccer Center of Excellence Girls’ U16/U17 team.
- Plan daily and weekly practices with SSM Girls’ soccer staff.
- Run daily training sessions for the team.
- Participate in all relevant game-day activities
- Cooperate with various appropriate parties on and off campus.
- Contribute in all areas related to the operation of the Girls Soccer Program – including recruiting prospective student-athletes, participating in public relations & promotional activities as necessary, camps, clinics, youth academy programming & team or program functions.
- Communicate with college coaches to facilitate SSM student athletes’ college recruitment.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s Degree
- Collegiate and/or professional playing experience
- A minimum of USSF B License or NSCAA Advanced National Diploma, or foreign equivalent
- A minimum of 5 years of high level coaching experience.
- Experience coaching competitive girls/women.
- Enthusiasm and genuine passion for coaching the young female athlete.
- Effective computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Good verbal and written communications skills
- Works well with others; ability to establish and maintain a positive relationship with student-athletes, peers, faculty and the general public.
Preferred Qualifications: Previous head coaching experience. Goalkeeper playing and/or coaching experience, goalkeeper coaching license(s). Familiarity with soccer-specific strength & conditioning training. Good contacts within the US soccer community. Familiarity with social media.
Starting date: negotiable. The position will provide for a 11-month compensation package that includes monthly salary, housing & meals.

Camp Registered Nurse
Shattuck- St. Mary’s School is a residential boarding and day school providing college preparatory education, elite athletic programs and extensive performing arts program. Shattuck is the host of several different camps throughout the summer.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minnesota License as Registered Nurse
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Experience as an LSN preferred
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience working with children and adolescents
- Experience day to day tasks of a medical office or department
- Excellent communication skills (ability to work collaboratively with medical providers, faculty, students, and parents)

COOK
PURPOSE:
To support the efforts of the Food Service Director and management team in maintaining a quality dining experience for our customers. To prepare quality food items in a timely, consistent, and pleasing manner. Maintain kitchen cleanliness.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- A high school diploma or degree/certificate from culinary arts training program.
- A minimum of 3 years working all stations of a fine dining/high volume kitchen.
- Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively with customers and/or co-workers on a periodic basis where social sensitivity and effective interpersonal skills are necessary.
- Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively to supervisors and employees.
- Ability to set priorities, to organize work, and to exercise judgment in establishing schedules or procedures to accomplish result needed.
- Ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods up to 4 hours.
- Have basic math skill in measurement and recipe conversions.
- Valid MN driver’s license
- Able to lift up to 60 lbs. when receiving food service orders.

- Previous grill, oven, and stove cook experience.
- Previous experience with kitchen sanitation.

ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF INSTITUTIONAL ADVANCEMENT

The Assistant Director of Institutional Advancement oversees the Annual Fund and special fund raising efforts centered on the annual operations of the School. In conjunction with the Director of Institutional Advancement, the Assistant Director will develop specific solicitation plans for individuals and constituencies including Shattuck-St. Mary’s large international alumni population. The Assistant Director will also assist in the planning and implementation of special programs such as Reunion Weekend and the Fall and Winter Family Weekends. This position is also the staff support person for the work of the Alumni Association Board of Directors working on networking, area gatherings, community service and other special projects.
Shattuck St. Mary’s School is a boarding/day school and expects faculty members to be involved with both co-curricular activities and standard residential life duties typical of a residential school setting, such as duty administrator and possibly dorm residence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Three years’ experience supervising and mentoring volunteers.
- 2-4 years of experience in fundraising (advancement) at the independent school or private college level.
