Girls Soccer Impresses at Jefferson Cup

We are pleased to announce the dates for our Summer Soccer Prospect Camp which will be held at SSM. The dates for this event are August 4-7, 2013.  Any boys born between January 1, 1997 and December 31, 2000 are invited to this camp.

The teams just got back from Sarasota where the academy showcase was held.  The 18 academy team went 2-1 beating FC westchester and Seattle Sounders while losing to Empire Revolution.  Their best performance was beating a very good Seattle team 4-2 with goals coming from Michael Bajza, Lesley Nchanji, Abdullah Al-Kalisy, and Ricky Lopez. Community Program News! This year will mark the first year that Shattuck- St. Mary’s Soccer program will conduct tryouts for their winter academy teams.  The tryouts will be for U12 and U13 teams only. Each team will participate in 3  already identified tournaments.  The tryouts will consist of a two dates; October 20th from 10-11:30am

All 3 teams were in competition this weekend and all 3 teams got a great result.  The U18DA Maroon team won 4-1, the U18DA white team won 3-2, and the U16DA team won 3-0. The first game of the day featured the U18DA Maroon team.  They faced off against Indiana United Fire.  The boys started out
