Indoor Facility: 2,800 sq ft. chipping and putting green, video analysis swing room, heated outdoor hitting bays, team locker rooms, and team rec room.

The Legacy Golf Course, a beautiful 18-hole golf course located across the street from the Shattuck-St. Mary’s campus, allows Shattuck-St. Marys Golf Center of Excellence athletes and local patrons to practice and perfect their skills right in the heart of Faribault. 

Student-athletes in the Golf COE have access to the following facilities at The Legacy Golf Course:

  • Unlimited access to 18-hole, 6,500-yard championship course
  • Year-round access to the indoor golf training facility with 2,500 sq. ft. putting and chipping green for short game work
  • Four heated hitting bays for athletes to work on their drives and irons while staying warm in the cold Minnesota temperatures
  • State-of-the-art swing analysis technology including FlightScope Launch Monitor, E6 golf simulator, and more
  • Locker rooms to store clubs, uniforms, and more
  • Spacious study room for COE members to use to complete school work

On the campus of Shattuck-St. Mary’s, students can continue their training by utilizing the following:

  • Fully-staffed athletic training department
  • Spacious (10,500 sq. ft.) and well-equipped weight training and conditioning facility
  • Brand new Severy that rivals the nutritious college mealtime experience with food stations offering customized or small-batch entrees

Directions

From the main campus: The Legacy is located north of the main campus on Shumway Avenue. As you leave Shattuck-St. Mary's, turn left on Shumway Ave and you'll see The Legacy less than a mile down the road on your right side.
