Four More: Sabres Reign Supreme at USA Hockey Nationals

For just the second time in program history, the Shattuck-St. Mary’s Hockey Center of Excellence finished with four USA Hockey National Championships in a single-season as four teams capped off the year with a national title.

SSM Alumni at Women World’s Hockey Championship

Originally set for May, the Ice Hockey Women’s World Championship was held this past week in Calgary, Alberta. Assistant captain of Team Canada and Shattuck-St. Mary’s alumna Blayre Turnbull ’11 led the team to the gold medal game against Team USA, who have won five of the last six championships.

Brook Garzone ’12 Joins SSM Girls Hockey Coaching Staff

Aerin Frankel ’17 Named Top Collegiate Hockey Player as the 2021 Patty Kazmaier Memorial Award Recipient

FARIBAULT, MINN. - After a record-breaking senior season with the Northeastern Huskies, Shattuck-St. Mary’s girls hockey alumna Aerin Frankel ’17 was named the recipient of the 2021 Patty Kazmaier Memorial Award on Saturday, March 27th.

Sabres Clinch National Championship with the Wisconsin Badgers

ERIE, PENN. - With seasons paused and games cancelled, collegiate teams and student athletes saw a variety of ups and downs as they tried to play their respective sports over the last few months. However, on Saturday, March 20th, five former Shattuck-St. Mary’s female hockey players ended their season on a high note, as they were crowned the 2021 National Champions.
