An enchanted forest, a mysterious sea guardian, battles of magic powers. All of these are key elements of a great magical adventure, and are on display in the trailer of Frozen 2

Directed by Jennifer Lee and Chris Buck, a new Disney production, Frozen 2, is coming to theaters on Nov. 22, 2019. Queen Elsa (Idina Menzel), and her kingdom Arendelle are facing a new round of challenges. In the trailer, a voice narrates that the kingdom is not safe anymore, and Elsa will have to set off to the enchanted forest to find the answer. Yet this time, she is not alone. Her sister Anna (Kristen Bell), Kristoff (Jonathan Groff), and Olaf (Josh Gad) are all coming with her.

According to information on the Disney website, one of the emphases in the movie seems to be resolving the mystery from the past, as one of the trolls says in the trailer, “The past is not what it seems to be.” Where does Elsa’s unexpected magical power come from? What is the mystery behind Queen Iduna, Elsa and Anna’s mother? What happened in the enchanted forest 30 years ago, and what exactly is calling for Elsa?

In this journey, we will also see Elsa’s magic power fighting against a creature of the shape of a horse, manipulating the power of the sea. Since both of her parents died in an accident on the sea in the previous movie, the struggle with the sea may be one of the things Elsa needs to overcome.

Parts of new an original song, Into the Unknown, is also included in the clip. With all the songs created by Academy Award winning songwriters Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez, would Frozen 2 be able to bring another album of amazing music to the audience the way Frozen did?
