Recent Alum Plays For National Team

Not long after graduating from Shattuck-St. Mary’s, Francisco Narbon represented his home country of Panama on the National Soccer Team.

Panama, City, Panama - After graduating from Shattuck-St. Mary’s in 2013 and spending the following year at SSM as a Postgraduate, Francisco Narbon ’13, a member of the Soccer Center of Excellence, had one more match to play in before joining the James Madison Dukes.

Narbon represented his home country of Panama as he played for the Panamanian National Team in an international friendly against Cuba. The former Sabre earned his second cap for his country as Panama defeated Cuba 4-0 in Panama City. Narbon also represented Panama in the U-17 World Cup as well as the CONCACAF U20 Qualifying Tournament.


While at Shattuck-St. Mary’s, Narbon helped the Boys U18 DA team reach the National Championship game in 2013, and scored two goals in the academy playoffs in 2014 to lead the Sabres to their second straight quarterfinals appearance.

Tito will be attending James Madison University in the Fall where he will play soccer for the Dukes.
