The School is seeking a full-time Programming and Engineering teacher who can teach and mentor advanced level Engineering students in the Center of Excellence and teach general level Computer Programming classes for grades 9-12. Ideal candidates will have some industry experience.
Shattuck St. Mary’s School is a boarding/day school and faculty members are expected to be involved with both co-curricular activities and standard residential life duties involved with a residential school setting.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Programming, or another relevant field; Master’s Degree or industry experience preferred. In addition to considering candidates with traditional classroom teaching experience, we will consider candidates making the transition from industry work.
- Candidate will be comfortable instructing in an innovative educational environment, familiar with technology in the classroom, and open to blended teaching.
- Candidate will participate in residential life duty, including serving as an adjunct or live-in dorm parent as needed; serving as a student advisor; and leading co-curricular activities.
